Andrew was brilliant We have recently moved and wanted to get the AC units in the new place serviced and we are glad we did they were filthy Andtew done a brilliant job deep cleaning and servicing the unit is like new he even took the time to fully show us how to use all the functions as AC first timers highly recommended

Andrew has fitted for me an Air conditioning unit in my garden room the work carried over was exemplar. He took care of all tiny details inside and outside (the guards protecting the pipe and insulation, the rubber footing for the outdoor unit, the plastic covers for the wiring ...) to a level that really stands out. I am not easy to please but ... wow.

This company was referred to me by a friend who also had a cabin in their garden and they couldn't praise them enough. So happy i went with Dean because from the first phone call i felt like i was definitely paying the right man for job. He knew exactly what i was looking for and was amazed with how smoothly everything went. The technician was knowledgeable professional and extremely patient. I went with his advice and so glad i did. We made contact with DNA air-conditioning as we were struggling with the temperature being exceedingly high during summer in our new build home. Andrew visited us and went through our options and how it would all work. We felt he was very knowledgeable and decided to go ahead with the work. The work was completed to a high standard whilst keeping everything clean and tidy and caused very little disruption within the household. Andrew ensured that we were happy with the unit and installation, he also was more than happy to support us post installation with any qs we had with the unit.

Excellent service from Andrew who did an excellent job. Explained in full details and fitted very professionally. Very satisfied with his work. Left neat and tidy and will definitely recommend friends & family.
