We have used DMX a couple of times and were happy but recently were sent a new cleaner and the level of service was lacking with dust left, debris still on the carpet and cleaning product still on surfaces, despite booking an extra hour. On contacting Eric, we receieved no response and this isnt the first time we havent had a response from him! Very unprofessional and I would avoid using as he gave a guarantee of ensuring anything we were unhappy with would be rectified immediately. Clearly he doesnt value customer service so avoid avoid avoid!

Great cleaning service and very accommodating. They give you a personal service and are very trustworthy.

Our fortnightly clean with Thais is brilliant. The house always looks spotless afterwards and smells great. Thais has a brilliant attitude and is always on time. Really recommend!
