This is the 3rd time I've used this company and they have always been, quick, efficient, reliable and tidy. They were out this time to remove moss from an outbuilding roof. Being in the middle of a newly paved area, I was concerned about staining the stone floor but the lads did all the work with utmost care and attention and my paving looks as if they were never here. Highly recommended

Communication was good by Dave, the work was carried out with care plus shown finished work before payment also sight was left clean and tidy as found. Will use them again and certainly recommend them, they were polite and respected my property. I have used them before and was also pleased then.

We went with DMWS Property Maintenance Ltd as they gave a competitive quote and seemed knowledgeable and trustworthy. David and his team did a fantastic job fixing the source of a leak by putting flashing over the parapet on our roof and replacing a gutter. Great communication throughout the job with pics and videos showing progress. Thanks again.

David and his team did an excellent job on my slate roof. Choosing a roofer in Canterbury can be a bit of a minefield, but David and his team were clearly knowledgeable, competent and hard working roofers who knew their trade very well. They were communicative, and ensured I was satisfied with the final result.

I had DMWS Property Maintenance Ltd come out when I noticed a lot of my roof was giving way they provided me a very reasonable quotation. Upon start day of work they was on time very efficient no mess was left after every work day, they kept me up to date with what was happening each day. Very reasonable Brilliant work Highly recommended!
