  We'd lost power to two double sockets in the kitchen. There was nothing obviously wrong.

  Dave responded quickly to my request for help and arrived on time as agreed. He promptly tested and assessed the situation and determined that there must be another socket/switch causing the problem. He found this at the back of one of the base cupboards - a burnt out switch that I didn't even know existed! From then on it was a straightforward replacement, rewiring and test - all completed quickly and neatly and for a very reasonable price.

  Investigating a noisy extractor fan

  Dave came to investigate a noisy extractor fan in a very awkward roof space. He took it away, cleaned it, and replaced it. He took pictures and video to send to the manufacturer for their input. He kept us informed throughout.
