  Communication before and during the work was excellent, we were kept informed of progress and updated when weather prevented working. The company were careful to avoid unnecessary damage and disruption to our driveway and garden. Quality of work was good and we are very pleased with the result.

  External Wall repointing

  Jack was really punctual and completed the job tidly and professionally. Jackw as the only tradesperson who came to look at the job before quoting and we talked through various options to verify that we were doing the right thing. Very happy, and would not hesitate to contact Jack for any future work.

  Repointing of external brickwork on 1890 Victorian House

  Jack was responsive in his communication with us and arrived on time each day to start work. He worked hard, was polite and respectful and the work done was good. If there were any issues (which were extremely minor), he would go above and beyond to rectify it as soon as possible. He has a wide range of skills and experience so we will definitely be asking him to do more work for us in the near future.
