Easy to get hold of. responsive to messages. Turned up to do the quote on time and sent quote when he said. Good communication to arrange the job to be done. Turned up on time each of the 4 days. Work was done as expected to a really good standard. Work area was kept clean and tidy each day during the work and left clean at the end of each day.
