He responded immediately, asked the right questions to understand how to add an additional soil access pipe fitting, and gave a clear quote upfront, which he stuck to. He did a very efficient, tidy job and was friendly, helpful, and easy to deal with. Highly recommend.

I reached out to Danny about a shower leak issue at my flat. He recommended a control unit replacement after having inspected some photos I shared with him and then reached out to the supplier to confirm which parts would be needed. Due to the cost of the replacement part, I decided to not go ahead with any works but appreciated Danny’s transparency and effort to find a solution for me. Danny was always prompt with responses and explained things clearly. Will definitely be reaching out to Danny again for any plumbing issues. Top trader!
