Derek was really good, although it was only small jobs he was perfectly happy to do them, these included bricking up a window opening, fitting new airbricks and cleaning out cavity a dpc level. He also recommended a decorator and window fitter who were both excellent, many thanks.

Derek was very helpful and informative, keeping me up to date with the progress, plus supplying all materials. He also spotted some extra pointing and did without additional charge. Would strongly recommend

Derek turned up on time and worked quickly and neatly, clearing up and disposing of all the waste. Couldn't ask for more.

Reliable, punctual, tidy and clean. Not inexpensive, but dealt with an elderly parent sensitively and is trustworthy.

Derek fitted air bricks, removed and replaced broken lintel over bedroom window, removed and replaced a leaking window, bricked up a redundant window opening and did a lot of repairs to pointing along dpc. More important he fought the rain till jobs were complete. Cannot recommend Derek highly enough.
