Danny came round within 30mins of the call. With bifolding doors not closing we were desperate for help, late on a Friday instead of finishing for the day he came to our aid. The job he did was thorough, very professional and a very nice guy too. Danny fitted a new back door with cat flap, I could tell that he is a perfectionist and he cleaned up so well afterwards you wouldn't know he'd been there. When he visited to give me a quote I knew in the first few minutes that he was sincere and trustworthy, which I found so refreshing as due to past experiences I have developed major trust issues with tradesmen. I had a loud vibrating sound coming through my window in the bedroom when the wind blew outside. Danny answered quickly, saying he thought it might need new hinges. He popped in a couple of days later and found that it was just the seal had come away slightly. He cleaned off the old seal and reapplied new sealant there and then.
