Great job skimming over the artex in our kitchen. Very pleased with the result. Left everything clean and tidy when he was finished.

Absolutely first class! Friendly, professional and an all-round top person to deal with. Was in constant touch throughout and explained everything clearly before starting, which gave us real confidence. The plastering work is flawless — smooth finish with great attention to detail. We had been let down by a previous plasterer so thought we would try checkatrade. Mitch came to view when he said he would and quoted a very reasonable price. He came back 6 days later to plaster the ceiling and was very clean and tidy. We also had an awkward area on the wall to plaster too and some deep holes but nothing was too much trouble. The ceiling is drying out nicely and is beautifully smooth. A great job and a kind friendly man to deal with.

As other have pointed out Mitch comes across as a Great guy but unfortunately don’t think he’s up to the work anymore and has completely dropped the ball on my house having to get in a second plaster to fix his work he also then guilt tripped me into paying before completing the work and never returned to finish. I did my best to work around Mitch even buying him new equipment to make his life easier but Unfortunately I’m left appalled and frustrated don’t recommend.

I found Mitch to be generally reliable in turning up on time to quote however the quote increased by 50%. Also disappointed being chased for payment when work was not completed but being told it was. Poor quality and choices like plastering in the fire alarm, damaging carpets and taking no care when fixing issues after being assured he would read my home like his own and wouldn't be left with issues. The quality of his work is poor in my experience in terms of neatness, perhaps my expectations were too high or unrealistic so I'll let the images speak for themselves.
