They were out within 1 hour of posting the job, they traced the leak back to a tap and replaced it. I would use them again.

Came out on a Sunday when I was absolutely desperate and had a leak downstairs. He did some troubleshooting and found that the leak was coming from the upstairs toilet. The shops weren't open for him to replace the doughnut so he put in a temporary fix then came back the next morning. I'll never forget. Very thankful.

An urgent job carried out immediately after request, came to inspect the issue and quickly fixed it at a reasonable price and to a good standard

Good job but communication issues. Job: replace bath plug. Required removing bath water. Quoted £185. On the day, asked him to unblock existing bath pipe. When finished, he wanted an extra £100 for unblocking/parts. Unclear what parts beyond the plug were being charged extra for. 1. He should've advised me of extra cost before unblocking. 2. He replaced bath plug lever despite not being part of the job. Agreed to pay £50 extra. Bath/toilet got mildly dirty during his work - I had to rinse/clean; he left the old parts for me to throw away - would've been a nice touch for him to tidy up.
