We are very sorry and surprised that you left a negative review. We consider all customer satisfaction a priority and want to resolve any issues or misunderstandings that you may have. When we arrived on the job there were leaks in the bathroom but also in your living room which is further beyond your hallway, because the leaks were rising through the carpet there was a possibility it could have been associated with the leaks in the bathroom. We suggested we would lift the carpet and floors to take a look but you seemed to think it was associated with the bathroom and wanted to leave it until the bathroom had dried up. We also pointed out that the bathroom needed retiling in places, and you asked us for a price for a new bathroom. If you still have an ongoing issue with the living room floor, then we will be more than happy to carry out any further work.
