My boiler broke down on a Sunday afternoon. I contacted DMB late Sunday afternoon & received back, almost instantly a response asker for some further detail. I was told that they could come out the following afternoon. They arrived in the early afternoon & repaired the boiler very quickly, despite having to leave to get a new board. The service & communications were excellent & Dean is very friendly & knowledgable.

I am very pleased with Dean's service and already thinking to offer him another job. Dean just completed a job for me. I found Dean is very professional, reliable and polite. He would go extra mile for his client in order to complete the job well without charging any extra. His fee is very reasonable. I highly recommend Dean's service and definitely will call him back for other jobs.

Dean was very professional and turned up when he said he would. Communicated beforehand and explained what needed to be done. Obvious that he had lots of experience and left the area clean and tidy. He smelt very clean and looked presentable. Very happy - thanks Dean.

Dean is a a very professional and very well qualified heating engineer. He has serviced our boiler for a number of years and has also easily identified and fixed faults when our old boiler stopped working. Dean’s work is thorough. His prices are fair and honest. I recommend him highly.
