A very quick response and a very good job done.

I was contacted fast with a quote for the works required and offered a fair and competitive price. Work was booked and carried out within a couple of days and the attending electrician was courteous and not intrusive whilst carrying out the work.

The installation of our new cooker hood was completed to a good standard and we’re happy with the final work. There was some initial confusion over an unexpected charge and an uncollected old extractor, but after discussing it with the company, the invoice was corrected and the issue was resolved. Communication improved and they put things right quickly in the end, and I appreciate their willingness to address the concerns professionally.

Both the admin and technical staff are very professional, excellent communication and delivery of products and installation were of high standard.
