  Always prompt, friendly, efficient and well-priced

  Darren Wood has been maintaining our drains for many years now. We have always found him prompt, reliable, professional and competitively priced. His visit today was no exception. He jetted the drain quickly and efficiently, leaving no mess, and did some extra work on my washing machine waste too. A very nice man and an excellent worker

  Excellent work, friendly and punctual service

  I had 3 blocked gullies to clean out. Darren appeared bang on time - maybe slightly early and having quickly surveyed the job just cracked on with it. Within an hour all 3 gullies had been unblocked and were flowing freely. An excellent job and I couldn’t be happier. I would unhesitatingly employ Darren again!

  Responsive and honest

  Darren was an absolute god-send. Came out within 2 days of first contact, accommodated my schedule with timing. Took off shoes before coming upstairs. Turns out the issue was a very simple fix and instead of blagging the situation, Darren showed complete honesty - 5 min discussion/fix- for which Darren did not charge - albeit I would have been very happy to pay considering he generously gave his time to travel out to me. Complete legend.

  Honest, helpful and kind!

  Darren was so helpful and kind. Popped around without a charge to check out the issue. Turned out to be my neighbours issue and he sorted it. Hasn’t yet charged them until they’re happy with the result. They’d had someone round who charged £600 and didn’t resolve it. So refreshing to find an honest person dealing with things most people don’t know anything about!
