Darren was an absolute god-send. Came out within 2 days of first contact, accommodated my schedule with timing. Took off shoes before coming upstairs. Turns out the issue was a very simple fix and instead of blagging the situation, Darren showed complete honesty - 5 min discussion/fix- for which Darren did not charge - albeit I would have been very happy to pay considering he generously gave his time to travel out to me. Darren was so helpful and kind. Popped around without a charge to check out the issue. Turned out to be my neighbours issue and he sorted it. Hasn’t yet charged them until they’re happy with the result. They’d had someone round who charged £600 and didn’t resolve it.
