This was a big project, including removing a kitchen in one area of the house and adding all services for a new one in a different part of the house. From the moment we contacted DLS to the end of the project, we knew we’d struck gold. The quote was great value for money, clear communication throughout even when the unexpected cropped up, every promise was kept and the work was completed to the highest standard. Dave respected our home, kept things clean, is trustworthy and was a pleasure to work with. DLS exceeded our expectations and we love what he’s done!

We recently had our garage converted by Dave from DLS Building Services, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. The entire project was completed within two weeks, exactly as promised, and on budget. Dave was on site every single day, personally managing and coordinating all aspects of the work. The finished room has completely transformed our home, and we’re absolutely thrilled with the extra space. We’d recommend Dave 100% – his glowing Checkatrade reviews and FMB accreditation speak volumes, and as my husband put it: Dave is a true master builder.

David is such a nice guy. He works efficiently and cleanly and is incredibly obliging. We have already discussed some more work later in the year. Can't recommend him highly enough.

David has again done a great job especially with me changing my mind over the flooring amongst other things. Had all rooms plastered and skimmed to a very high standard, even took the wall down for both external bifold and French doors. Old kitchen removed and new kitchen installed, massive improvement. Kitchen floor tiled which is amazing along with laminate flooring in all other rooms with skirting. David will be back for further work once I decide what I’m wanting. Recommended and trustworthy. Kitchen/lounge wall opening, stud wall and drain created to a very good standard, better than I expected! Great tradesman and highly recommended. David converted part of my garage to create a soundproof office. David and his team are punctual, reliable, and incredibly tidy. From knocking down walls, creating new walls, plastering, skirting boards, hanging doors to electrics, heating and windows - David and his team completed the project on time, and on budget. Perfection is David's name !
