Charlie responded very quickly, came round to assess within a day of request. He was very friendly, polite, gave a reasonable estimate which he stuck to. I was pleased with his efficiency, reliability and advice about what we might want to do in the future re faulty guttering. He also advised on some slipped roof slates he had noticed. I would recommend him and Brad highly and would use them again. I can't quite recall the date - around 4th December!

Charlie rang me back very quickly and came around the next day. The weather was very bad and the job needed doing urgently. He quoted a reasonable price and did the work a few days later He comes highly recommended.

There is not enough character allowance to let me praise this company enough. Provided a very competitive quote. Arrived promptly on time, made a very professional repair to issues around our chimney whilst also identifying and repairing additional roof tiles (after showing me the issues). Also beyond the job initially discussed, removed an old annoying ariel from the chimney, cleared moss from the roof, resolved a gutter issue I had AND left me 2 spare roof tiles in case of an emergency and cleared ALL waste including the ariel. FANTASTIC COMPANY, VERY POLITE, TIDY AND 100% RECOMMENDED.
