  Super dooper extension :)

  We had a wonderful experience working with DLR. The project itself was a single storey, ground floor extension with internal reconfiguration to create an open plan kitchen/dining/family area + bathroom (inc. shower). We couldn't be happier with the quality of the work and the overall management of the build. As complete novices going in, our big worries were unexpected costs and delays - we need not have worried. Lewis kept on top everything, keeping us informed and holding our hands through the entire poject. We're so happy we chose DLR, everyone was super lovely, friendly and fun.

  Detached bungalow build

  As the client, I'm delighted with this 3-bed bungalow. The team at DLR, specifically Lewis and Dave, were fantastic; highly professional throughout. The modern design is stunning, offering bright, functional, and luxurious living spaces. The high spec finishes, from premium appliances to quality fixtures, are superb. Most importantly, the excellent energy efficiency is outstanding. Advanced insulation, an air-source heat pump, and solar panel's make the home future-proof with remarkably low running costs. A perfect build I wholeheartedly recommend.

  Loft conversion and bathroom refurb

  We had the absolute pleasure of having friendly, reliable, patient, honest builders, carpenters, plasterers and electricians all contributing to our loft conversion and a new bathroom. All work was delivered to a very high standard with a sense of humour and what is so important- trust. We would definitely recommend and certainly be using again!

  From start to finish the team were great. All trades that DLR associates themselves with were presentable, respectful and provided a 5 star service. The team always arrived on time, respectful of my neighbours and always left my house in a good state. Louis and Dave were always on hand to help us if we had any questions and they definitely went out of their way on more than one occasion to ensure we were happy with the finishing touches. We are so happy with the work and would highly recommend DLR.
