Everyone working on site was very professional and friendly and did an excellent job. We are very pleased with the quality and standard of work. They covered all aspects of the conversion, from installing lintels to laying floors to kitchen fitting and painting and decorating. We were also very impressed with the way they cleaned and tidied up every day before leaving. We would definitely use them again.

Initially the work was done as agreed. However they left a hole in my chimney breast and promised to come and close it. I was told it’s an hour’s work. They never did. I’ve been chasing them for about 2 months to no avail. I have a stove’s installation waiting for this job to be done first and Dlb has been aware of this issue since the summer. Dlb was trying to deny the need to close the gap in the chimney even if the stove installer sent them a detailed email complete of photos.

Highly professional team of builders who wont cut corners or lower their standards. Great problem solvers who continually engage with the client to provide a quality build. Rarely does one nowadays come across such incredible combination of workmanship, reliability, courtesy and profficiency as embodied by DLB Construction SE Ltd. A young, skilled and enthusiastic team led by two brothers, Dan and Leon, who do their utmost to offer a very friendly and personalised service of the highest standard. They have pulled down a garage, dug new foundations, and then successfully completed a large extension (3 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms) in the timeframe and to the budget estimated upfront, with no surprises, hiccups or glitches. An impressively smooth and pleasant experience.
