  Boiler/shower change

  They were quick to come round and quote up the job and then we're fast and reliable to come do the job. They managed to change my boiler and switch my shower from electric to gas in less than 2 days. All mess was tidied up and they took great care of my home. The job was done to a fantastic standard.

  They are magnificent

  The workmen arrived at the stated time. The work was carried out to a very high standard and I would happily have them again. I must add they installed my central heating a few years ago also to a very high standard. And finally they cleaned up very well

  Radiator replacement, not a positive experience

  Radiator replacement from DK. The initial quote was competitive. We changed the spec before starting and the additional work, in retrospect, was more expensive than it should have been and we should have obtained more quotes. When on site, we faced resistance to carrying out the work as quoted with comments that the job was in excess of expected. There were multiple snags including a water leak which required us to redecorate the ceiling below. Some of the snags were fixed but not all. The quality of the work was average. On the positive side, the team were polite when on site.
