10 Bathroom fitting

Really good team, they have done a wondeful job refitting the bathroom, so happy with the result. Reliable, kept to time frame, friendly and couldnt do enough to complete the job to a high standard. Overall we are happy with the job but there were a couple of things which prevented us giving all 10s. We had very specific requirements (because the shower was for an elderly person) and instructions weren't always followed as we would have wished (though were corrected). Once we had paid, we had great difficulty getting any further response (we had some items to return for a refund). It felt like we were taking a risk using tradesmen that we didn’t know. We shouldn’t have worried, the team were absolutely first class; they removed the old bathrooms and disposed of everything. It was a messy job but they left the place clean, something that wasn't easy given we’re in a 2nd floor flat. They then fitted out the two rooms including electrics, tiling (floor and walls), joinery, plastering, plumbing and painting. I couldn’t recommend the team any higher and we now spend a lot of our time alternating between the en-suite and bathroom.
