  Rear extension design drawings and building regs

  Recently used D K Designs for our rear single storey extension, Dan and Kirsty were great throughout and easy to deal with, the building regs and planning we needed from Yorkshire water to move a manhole cover were sorted without hassle and also the steel calculations.   We used DK design following a recommendation. Our project was the construction of a new larger extension. Kirsty and Dan from DK came up to see us to discuss and advise initially -which was quite useful. Thereafter, they produced the plans for our agreement and they subsequently submitted these to the relevant Authorities for Building Regs approval. However we did also need the services of structural engineers to undertake the detailed calcs. The only issue was the glacial speed of the local authorities in providing the BR Approval. However Kirsty was on the case to expedite. Very Happy
