  We can’t recommend Alan and Russell at D.K. Broadfoot and Sons highly enough. They’ve played a huge role in transforming The Storehouse, and their work has been exceptional from start to finish. They insulated our roof, laid new flooring throughout the building, renovated our commercial kitchen and accessible bathrooms, and created a beautiful new family bathroom. They also built bespoke planters for our garden spaces and brought our new coffee bar to life with real craftsmanship and attention to detail.   I Alan provided a quotation very quickly and was on hand to answer technical questions. Tradesmen attended quickly to survey the situation, and the work was completed within a week.

  Removal of old timber conservatory

  Really good job done by DKB. Turned up on time, good upfront and honest communication, cracked on with the removal of my old conservatory and were done and dusted within a few hours. They left the area nice and tidy. No question was too daft to ask and they were really sound to deal with. Have booked them for a follow up job. Highly recommended.

  Excellent and very good work carried out. I have now kept Alan as my contractor for my properties. Very knowledgeable about issues regarding building works and patient. Not the cheapest but excellent quality of service and work. A builder that you can actually trust.

  Kitchen-diner creation

  We’ve recently had Alan in to take down our dining room wall between there and the kitchen. Alan and his colleague were brilliant from start to finish. Alan came quickly and offered a quote within 48 hours. Alan was supportive throughout the process, taking care of building regulations and the structural engineering works. The whole works was carried out to an incredibly high standard and we couldn’t be more pleased with the result. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Have already recommended to friends!
