Had concrete guttering removed and replaced and ridge tiles repointed with DJW. My whole experience was hassle free and I am very happy with the work completed. Work was started in good time after quote was given and was completed quickly. My window roof began leaking. Dan came out quickly, reassured me & explained that a full replacement was the best long‑term fix. He answered all my questions straight away & walked me through the materials, warranties, & overall process.The work was completed on the agreed date, & his team were professional throughout. They worked carefully, kept disruption to a minimum, left the area clean . There were no issues during the installation everything was delivered exactly as promised. DJW quote was higher than others, but the clear communication & professionalism made DJW the right choice for me
