Dan was friendly and easy to talk to from the first visit. He was never pushy and didn’t rely on scare tactics or a hard sell. His pricing was competitive without pressure. The invoicing and scheduling were handled professionally with a clear, simple digital system. Communication was excellent throughout. The scaffolding was up only as long as needed, and the roofing team were fantastic, completing everything in two days while staying clean, considerate, and on schedule. I would 100% recommend this company.

My window roof began leaking. Dan came out quickly, reassured me & explained that a full replacement was the best long‑term fix. He answered all my questions straight away & walked me through the materials, warranties, & overall process.The work was completed on the agreed date, & his team were professional throughout. They worked carefully, kept disruption to a minimum, left the area clean . There were no issues during the installation everything was delivered exactly as promised. DJW quote was higher than others, but the clear communication & professionalism made DJW the right choice for me

Dan and his Team, fitted a complete new roof on my Home (Jan 2025) Dan quoted timescales for every part of the job from Skip Arrival to Scaffolding being erected to what work would be done each day. At every point of the process what Dan said was going to happen, happened, he quoted me a very competitive price and that was the price I paid for the new roof, no hidden extras just 1 price for the entire job. I will say that Dan and his Team were polite and respectful of our home and they worked in a very tidy fashion. I will be recommending Dan and his Team for anyone that needs a new roof 👍

Dan was absolutely brilliant. His work and craftsmanship is exceptional. Despite a really busy and rainy week (full of logistical challenges), Dan somehow made time to fit my emergency job in. Dan’s work was done to a very high standard, and he cleaned everything up after him. Would recommend him to anyone in need of roofing services.

I gave DJW Roofing the job to fit a completely new main roof and two smaller roofs above our utility room and porch. From the first phone call to the end of the job communication was bang on and the finished job was even better. Will be back to do more work we have in mind in the future. Great job and great lads
