Just amazing! Ntenis was top class — honest, communicative, and nothing was ever too much trouble. A true tradesman, which is a rarity these days. I can honestly say he has become a friend through my experience with him and his team. He always took his work very seriously, even when we only gave him a rough idea to work with.
