Dean was very helpful with our project from start to finish and was patient while we made up our minds. His quote was not the cheapest but we felt that he understood our needs best. Dean and Toby always turned up on time and worked hard throughout and were happy to discuss any design issues. We had also asked them to improve the drainage to the rear of our property which they sorted at the same time. They caused minimal mess, cleared all rubble and left property tidy. We were very pleased with our new patio and pathways and would be pleased to recommend them.

D J Paving have renewed our patio. Removed the old slabs and subsurface on day one. Coordinated deliveries of hardcode, sand, cement and new slabs (Desert Sandstone) by AWBS . Have laid the hardcore, tamped it down and then laid the new slabs on a bed of cement. Arranged the mixed sizes of slabs to maximum advantage reducing cut edges. They also enlarged the old fish pond as part of the patio. Drive way left clean and tidy with all rubbish removed. All completed in 1.5 weeks. Very friendly, professional staff. Very pleased with the final result. Happy to recomend.

Contacted DJ Paving through Checkatrade after a recommendation from my next door neighbour who had them to build a new patio. We had been invited round to a barbecue to launch the new area, and they were thrilled with the fabulous result. Dean called round to give us an estimate of cost and timescale, which we accepted. Work started dead on agreed time and finished half a day early. (The weather was very kind). They work extremely hard, with great skill and are a very pleasant group. We are more than delighted with the finished result. Site was kept very tidy, left clean at the end of the day

They do a proper job. This aspect of the work that I enjoyed the most. My old patio had no drainage, Dean recommended a soakaway, with a drainage trough and a drain pot for under the outdoor tap. Super excited about having drainage. The paving quality is perfect, everything is plum and square. Dean's logistics are perfect, the waste was taken away exactly when it is needed to be removed and material delivered when they are needed. They showed respect for my property and my neighbours. They were also just nice guys. Couldn't praise them high enough.

Reliable high standard work done in a timely period. Fitted in the job at short notice . Team all pleasant and polite
