  Roofing replacement

  Dan and his team are absolute heroes who did a reroof for me at short notice. It wasn't an easy job and involved sorting out a mess left by a previous trader. I was very happy with the final result and so pleased I'd gone with them. What really struck me was dan diligence and attention to detail: he really worked hard to make everything perfect, and I could see how much pride he took in his work. He showed me the result afterwards showing me photographs Pricing was fair and straightforward.

  Replacement and cleaning of guttering

  Had a great experience dealing with Dan and his team.Were very reliable and attended on the same day to carry out the work.The work was carried out to a very high standard and they cleaned up everything when they left.Would highly recommend D and J maintenance.

  Roof replacement with velux

  Dan provided a competitive quote promptly after viewing the job, and helpfully clarified issues I queried. On accepting the quote, dan mobilised his team almost immediately - fantastic turn around. His team were fabulous, replacing the roof include velux windows in a full day - amazing work, finishing the job with new gutters etc on day 2. Very smart finish and really pleased. Thank you dan and team👍

  Fix overflowing gutter

  I initially hired D & J Maintenance to fix what I thought was a leaking gutter - upon arrival they said the guttering was fine but was sitting too low on the wall meaning what I thought was a leak was actually water was overflowing - they re-quoted for the job on the spot and fixed the issue in around an hour. Very professional and happy that real issues was identified rather than installing new guttering for the sake of it. Great job.

  Parapet wall roof repair

  Very straightforward, competitive quote, nice and quick availability, turned up on time, did everything they promised, very little mess and they tidied up completely before leaving. In summary, fast and efficient. I would be very happy to use again for any roof repair.
