We booked Dan to carry out an annual gas safety certificate on a boiler - he turned up for the job and discovered that there were various issues and we required a new boiler. Dan arranged to return and replace the boiler very quickly, liaised with tenants to get it done with minimal disruption. Dan is excellent, extremely reliable and professional. You're searching for someone that cares as much as you about doing an excellent job that will last you for years. Danny is that person. We've done up our place and he's easily the best tradesperson I've ever worked with. He will do a better job than your other quotes and you will actually enjoy the experience. That is priceless during the stress of it all. Danny's quote is worth every penny. He brings in specialists for each part of the job and finishes things to the highest specification.
