Jeff provided a great service from start to finish - he contacted me promptly, gave a detailed estimate of costs and a date for the work that suited me.
He arrived at the agreed time, was friendly and helpful throughout his visit and did a really thorough job. My carpets and sofa look fantastic, the house smells fresh and Jeff gave me clear advice regarding drying times. I would highly recommend Jeff and would definitely use him again in future
