Came to do an annual boiler service , ended up installing a new tap in the cellar as well. Very professional , arrived at the time he said he will (which is very rare these days ) . Did an excellent job , and answered any questions we had. Will contact again

Truly professional job , started and finished on time given and agreed. Kept informed on works being carried out and kept work place as clean and clear as possible to keep whilst works being done. Had previously done some small jobs in the past and was happy with DERECK so when needing heating system needed overheating and combo boiler installing DERECK was are first person to offer the work to be done to . Derek was very punctual, clear with what would be needed and gave a good price, he was respectful in the house and kept everything clean and tidied up after himself. Would highly recommend and will definitely use him again!
