I had a leak coming from my dormer roof. Dale came round within a couple days of my Checkatrade post regarding this, he thoroughly investigated the issue and took pictures of the roof to show us. He gave us 2 options, either a new roof or a repair job, and he provided his recommendation that a repair would most likely suffice and be the cheaper option. His prices were competitive and he was able to complete the job a week later. Leak is now fixed and we’ve had no issues since. Very happy with Dale’s work and would use again in the future

Dale from D.jackson&son came out give me a free quote and explain to me about how the work is gonna be carried out and I was really happy with the way he explained and the quote was very reasonable and he made sure I was with him every step off the way by showing me and also sending me before,during and after pictures I give his work at top 10 out off 10 and I would definitely recommend and be using him in the future thanks Dale

Attended to review issues in snow and informed me of potential repairs needed. Came when planned to do repair and rechecked roof highlighting broken tiles which were then sourced and repaired the same day. A very efficient service and kept you informed of the work and took photos to help explain issues
