Dale, came looked at the task. Kept me updated via text message with materials, price and date. Text on the day to give me an ETA. Very knowledgeable, very polite. Would recommend if you require any form of roofing work.

Attended to review issues in snow and informed me of potential repairs needed. Came when planned to do repair and rechecked roof highlighting broken tiles which were then sourced and repaired the same day. A very efficient service and kept you informed of the work and took photos to help explain issues

Dale responded to my ad requesting a quote for the work that needs to be carried out immediately, and contacted my husband as requested. He came out straight away after speaking to my husband, to check the issue and spent a considerable amount of time checking everything, before making a decision on what needed to be done. Although Dale knew we weren’t going ahead with the work yet, he gave us his time as if we were and gave us a lot of advice on what to do. He gave us his time and advice for free, when he could have gone done a paid job. He is an amazing human and roofer, highly recommend!

Dale explained what work needed doing in great detail showing me photos where I could clearly see my ridge tiles had no cement between them and all the slates that were not where they should be and where there were holes in my roof. I could see from the photos how much work needed to be done. To be honest if he had said I needed a new roof I would have believed him, but he didn't - instead he said he could do the repairs and I was happy with the price. He also tidied up once he had finished the work! I have already passed his details on to someone who needs a new roof.
