From start to finish, everything was perfect. Mike came round with samples for my bathroom. He provided me a price instantly. Vinyl was installed within 2 weeks of initial order. Clean, professional service all round.

My experience of Dixons Carpets and Flooring has been brilliant throughout. They were extremely responsive when I made first contact online and I had Mike come out and measure up to quote for flooring within a couple of days. He brought samples so I was able to choose what I wanted - and I didn't feel remotely rushed. The quote was very reasonable. Mike and Neil fitted the flooring. They worked efficiently and quickly and I'm so happy with the results. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone local and, when the time comes for me to re-carpet upstairs, I'll be using them again!

From point of contact, an appointment was made at my convenience to come and measure, samples were shown and we selected which product we wanted. Next day, we received quotation to which we accepted. Fitting was then booked in, again to a date that suited us. The quality of the workmanship was excellent. The fitters were tidy, professional and really genuine people. We would 100 percent recommend Dixon’s to everyone and moving forward will be getting them back to do all our carpets at the end of the year.

Their attention to detail was excellent, pre-installation advice was perfect, the quote was careful and accurate and they were lovely guys to deal with. I would thoroughly recommend them.

They came out start of April. Said would quote for fitting the flooring we have already chosen and for one they could supply. Booked in to fit week beginning 19/05. Ordered the flooring and got everything ready. They cancelled this fitting and said they would come back with a new date. Waited over a week, then i chased this. We were then given 9th June. The following day they cancelled this again. Waste of time. When I complained about being messed around they said they don't do fit only. This was never mentioned in the meeting or emails. If they didn't want the work they should have said.

Quality of work is good in particular for the laminate. Reliable company
