  I am sharing my experience to help others make informed decisions. We were very disappointed with the work undertaken. We had to have the work re-done by a different contractor. Some advice to avoid a similar fate: Contact the manufacturer of the product used to determine if the promised guarantee is will be issued. Also ask if Diverse are authorized to supply and apply product. Do not pay the required deposit until you have done this.

  Job appears to have been carried out satisfactorily but not in accordance with the information supplied. There was a communication issue which meant the work was not exactly as I expected. Two guarantees had been promised but have not been received by me six weeks after completion of the work. I have been unable to contact the company since even though I have tried text, phone and email. I will try writing to them.

  Competitively priced - prompt execution - good result

  Survey of work carried out very quickly after contacting the firm. Competitive quote recieved shortly afterwards and agreed. Work commenced within a week of agreement. Standard of work carried out was good - although the guys were a day late starting due to vehicle problem - they were efficient, knew what they were doing, explained clearly how the job was being progressed, were friendly and cheerful. I'd give clearing up at the end of the project a 9/10. All in all a good experience. Unfortunately, on accepting the quote I hadn't noticed that it was ex VAT!!! That was my error.

  Being ignored

  Although the work was carried out satisfactorily we are still waiting for our promised guarantee. Have contacted the rep and sent emails but are being completely ignored. What good is damp proofing without a guarantee? Will have to consider legal route. Very poor service

  Very profesional company very polite and helpful

  We had damp around our house, Martin and Alfie installed our new damp proof course and we had some areas of plaster removed and renewed in our house with like plaster, very happy with the work very happy with the communication throughout, they even obliged to not take a deposit and let us pay the balance on job completion. Reccomend above and beyond, thank you
