10 Exceptional standard of work

The standard of work provided by DH Plumbing is something I had come to believe was a thing of the past. After starting the project in my home it quickly became apparent Paul was a perfectionist and nothing was too much trouble to achieve a stunning end result, such a hard worker. David Hawkins was so nice to deal with and was eager to get everything right down to the smallest detail. Having moved to Lincolnshire recently with all that that entails, to have this experience with DH Plumbing has been a real boost. From the first appointment with Dave on how to design the bathroom, to the fitting with Paul was outstanding. Paul was punctual and very tidy, very mindful of property. Kept me informed day to day of progress. He arranged when the electrician, Darren could come to do his job. A couple of minor niggles through the fitting and one bathroom floor full of water (!!!) but all in all a great experience with the fitter that attended. Had a bit of irritation at the end, with several emails back and forth to the owner of the business who was trying to request more money for things he'd 'forgotten to include' on invoice but, luckily I'd kept all emails from our conversations prior to the work commencing and was able to provide evidence of conversations. They helped with design while listening to what we wanted and were happy to make changes when we wanted them. They kept us well informed as to who was coming the next day and what work was being done. All workmen were friendly, efficient and tidy. We are based in Lincolnshire and usually work within a 40 mile radius of our base in Ruskington.
All of our fitters are hand-picked, time-served craftsmen with an average of 20 years experience. We have the latest tools and equipment and work to exact tolerances.
Our skillset and service is extremely high and our overheads are low. This means that we can match and exceed the service of larger, well known companies but at a much lower price. Although we dont have a showroom, we have strong trading agreements with lots of well known manufacturers which means that we are able to supply large ranges of components, sanitary ware, tiles and furniture at discounted prices.
We offer a free and friendly advice, design and planning service that includes high resolution 3D designs and images of your finished bathroom, wetroom or shower room.
Mobility bathing is one of our specialities and we have helped hundreds of clients with their bathing needs and turned their dreaded bath times into an enjoyable, safe and refreshing experience.
We offer an additional 10% discount to all of our valued senior clients and many of our installations are VAT exempt if the client has medical or mobility issues.
All of our work is fully guaranteed and insured and our after sales service provides complete peace of mind.
