  Unprofessional Service and Poor Communication

  I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Direct Repairs. The engineer attended and diagnosed the issue with my Samsung washer dryer, advising that the drain pump needed replacing. I was told the part had been ordered and that the repair would be completed within a few days. Last 7 days, I was repeatedly told that the engineer would attend "tomorrow." Each time, the appointment was delayed. On the agreed day, I tried calling several times but received no response. I only received a message later saying that an emergency had come up and the visit would need to rearrange.

  Done a great job on installing my washing machine. The installation went smoothly and they were professional and friendly throughout. I have had no issues with my washing machine since. Would happily recommend using this company.

  Excellent service. He arrived on time, quickly identified the problem with my washing machine, and repaired it efficiently. They were professional, friendly, and explained everything clearly.
