I never got the sense that he was trying to sell me more, he would always find the most sensible solution for the problem at hand. And explained everything so well. And the work was fantastic too! From start to finish Leighton and his team undertook the commission with complete professionalism. I had commissioned roof work on behalf of an aged parent and Leightons approach was considerate and empathetic. Having unknown contractors work on your property can be daunting for some older people but Leighton was able to build trust with my mum through excellent and consistent communication, a very practical and pragmatic approach to work required (considerate of budgets), and the team were incredibly respectful and courteous. Highly recommend! And great work too.

I was experiencing a damp problem. Leighton attended and was very helpful at suggesting possible remedies for the situation. He then attended two weeks later to install deeper gutters. Overall I cannot fault the service I received, Leighton was helpful and knowledgeable throughout.
