I was selling my house and urgently needed a CP12 Gas Safety Certificate for 3 gas appliances and a service for my Compact Si boiler. I contacted Byron, who came the same day to complete the tests needed for the CP12 Certificate, and the following day, he completed the boiler service. I can't thank him enough. He was highly professional and punctilious, paying attention to all of my concerns. When everything was completed, he issued the Gas Service Record and CP12 Certificate very quickly, as I needed to email it to the solicitor. Thus, I can highly recommend Byron.

I contacted Byron and he promptly replied and told me he’d be able to arrive within an hour or two. He did so and took little to no time to find the fault and he informed me that a part was needed. After a quick quotation, I approved the price and he went to get the part keeping me informed at all times. In summary: I called at 12pm, he was on site by 2pm, got the part by 3pm and job finished satisfactorily by 4pm. Brilliant
