I had a new boiler fitted by DHS. Communication was great from the start, they turned up when expected and were polite and friendly. The work itself was completed to an excellent standard and they explained everything to me before leaving everything clean and tidy. I called Simon on Christmas Eve after my heating had suddenly gone off. Simon came out the same day and resolved the issue. Job location: WV6Simon and sam were fantastic from the first contact to the end of the job. My boiler broke down and with a newborn baby this was not ideal. I contacted them and they came to my rescue quickly. Very professional whilst here and very tidy workers. An unusual part had broken on the boiler but this was not an issue. They travelled to purchase the required part, returned and completed the job. I am so grateful for their service. Top blokes! Cannot recommend them enough! Thank you!10 We had to have a new oil boiler.
