After experiencing a sudden boiler failure and enduring 2 weeks of no heating or hot water, I felt very lucky that Charles was recommended to me. He quickly grasped the problem I was facing even the hidden ones I didn't know about and made fantastic recommendations, which I was happy to go with. From giving a fair quote to delivery of the job, the turnaround was impressive. The quality of workmanship was top notch, a beauty indeed. Charles and his team showed very good care while working in my house. I'm delighted to have super efficient heating units delivering warmth my house again.

Excellent service the team were very professional and done a great job putting in our combi boiler, taking out our old water tank and hot water tank,and clearing up everything, apart from the excellent work you would not have known they had been here. I highly recommend these guys.

Excellent work. Very professional company, it was easy to communicate and get answers to my queries. I would not hesitate to recommend Direct Heating Services to my friends. Charles Watson is very reliable and pleasant to deal with. They left the place in immaculate state when the job was finished. I will continue using the services of this company for boiler services and other electrical work in future. They know what they are doing and are very reliable. New Gas boiler installed

Amazingly professional, gave me great confidence confirming when the work would start with reminders the day before. Arrived on time and the first task was to protect the carpets. The job was assessed and we left them to it. The job to remove the old boiler and install a new one was completed within 6ish hours. Explained the controls and ran the system to confirm the heating was working. I have used BG and independent people before and I can tell you Charles is the best by a margin. I plan to use him again, it really is a pleasure to deal with someone so thorough.
