Reliable & trustworthy - Bob has done both vinyl and carpet in my house, he was the best on price , very reliable and a tidy worker- he also knew I didn’t have bundles of money so gave me different quotes on different qualities. Direct carpets was recommended to me when I moved to Stevenage. And I would highly recommend to all.

I received a prompt quote. I was contacted about dates and were given several to chose from. I required the supply of new underlay but I already had the carpet. The fitter, Bob, was very polite and did a fantastic job, despite the fact that the carpet was folded for over a month and was quite stiff to manoeuvre. I would highly recommend this company.

Prompt and courteous in all dealings, left plenty of samples for us to choose from. Work was completed quickly to a good standard and at a competitive price.
