After my elderly parents’ boiler stopped working, I phoned Rob & left him a voicemail. He returned my call very promptly and was so patient … he talked me through a diagnostic check of the various parts to the heating system & was quick to establish the issue. When I first contacted Rob, he responded within a few hours, and was able to come round and give me a quote. It was very competitive and when he came to do the work was very professional, made an excellent job of it and left everything clean and tidy. Direct Boilers and Heating did an absolutely excellent job installing my new Ideal combi boiler. They removed my old Sime boiler, fixed a leaking pipe in the central heating system at no extra charge, and completed everything efficiently and professionally. The team arrived exactly on time, worked cleanly, and left no mess behind. They also took the time to train me on how to use the new boiler, making sure I understood every feature.
