Will and his team of respectful and confident people carried out a super job spoke to will you have scaffolding for my customer he’s always on time does what he says he will do top job

Received a good competitive price within an hour of contacting Direct Access - scaffolding arrived within two days. The scaffolders were all professional, friendly, very polite and respectful of the property. Scaffolding was put up quickly and Will called the roofer to ensure everything was as required. A rubble shoot was asked for in addition and Will arranged delivery within two hours and they stayed on site to fit it on the same day. On completion they arrived and took down the scaffolding down quickly leaving it tidy. I would thoroughly recommend Direct Access and use them again

These boys worked through the rain and hail stones to get my work done, I offered them a cup of tea to keep warm but they carried on regardless. Nick was 1 of the most polite Yong men I've come across and all the boys on that day where a credit to the boss. He obviously takes pride in his work and his company as both lorries where spotless and workers turned out in company branded t shirts and hoodies. I dont know much about scaffolding but I do know customer service and what I recieved was of the highest standard.

I can honestly say I'm more than happy with these boys, the job is clean, neat and perfect for the job. They even adjusted the lift so my sky dish worked. I had to nip out when will was working and I had a parcel turn up which he kept safe in the lorry. I hope the rest of the companies I use for my house renovation are as easy and reliable as direct access.
