The aerial had come loose from its attachments on the chimney stack. Anth replied back to my query really quickly on the Thursday and they were out on the Monday and the aerial was down. The team followed the instructions and tidied everything up before they left. Won’t hesitate to use them again to hang TV’s etc once we’re decorated. Two storms in a row eventually brought down our ancient TV aerial, but we weren't in a hurry for it to get done. I had a card from them when they did some radio antenna work for me over a decade ago so was pleased when this site confirmed they were still going. We were extremely happy with this firm. Prompt, polite, (Anthony covered his shoes on entering the house, always a good sign) and very efficient. We'd thought we needed the aerial repaired but no, we needed a new one. We had already been quoted before the men arrived, for both of those eventualities, so it wasn't a surprise and we felt we got very good value for money.
