James was very efficient & knowledgable and got us out of a bit of a hole replacing a defunct system at very short notice using all of the existing cabling which was tested prior to the installation of the new equipment. In addition to the above he installed an additional camera to cover a blind spot at no extra cost after persuading his supplier to bundle in the camera at no extra charge which was very much appreciated All equipments provided with a 2 year guarantee including App/PC Set up. Throughout I found James very professional and wouldn’t hesitate to use him for other work.

James was super helpful in getting new cameras and a video doorbell put up around my property. He took great care to understand my requirements and help me plan the project, and then completed the job in a timely and professional manner. I’d be in no doubt about using James’ services again in the future.

This is the second time I’ve used Digital Munkeys to have TV’s mounted, due to a seamless experience first time round. I required two TV’s mounting in one room, a 32” and a 65”. James fit me in within a week of contacting him and organised to have the work completed in the morning before a late shift at work. He supplied one of the brackets as I only had one for the bigger TV. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently and exactly to the required specification. Would highly recommend this company and James who was extremely helpful throughout!

Contacted me by return to advise that his signal meter was out of commission at present so unable to do the work immediately. Also suggested another company to try if urgent. This shows good communication. I will ask again soon, as other work done by this firm was carried out perfectly so I am willing to wait.
