John came to sort out some issues my elderly mother was having with her terrestrial reception . He was incredibly sensitive to her mobility issues and confusion over different channels and I am most appreciative of that. He was also quick and sorted the issue. Well priced too! Thoroughly recommended

Job was mounting TV to wall, with cables hidden. John contacted me quickly after I’d submitted a request through Checkatrade. He came when he said he would to quote for the job (within a couple of days of contact). He came back when he said he would to do the job. It was more complicated due to the type of walls we have, and therefore took longer than expected. But all done within a few hours, and cost was similar to quote. I would use Digi Doc again in the future. Good job done, thanks!

Very good experience. Contacted within minutes of posting the work. Was given a full list of options for how the tv could be mounted, types of brackets and options for running/concealing cabling to a power socket. Work was carried out the first working day after the request was made. Very happy with the work done; would highly recommend Digi Doc.

I contacted Digi Doc late afternoon and he was with me at 9.30am the following day. He immediately carried out his checks and diagnosed the problems. After giving me a detailed explanation, John carried out the work required. The cost was very reasonable and I would recommend John if you are in need of an engineer.

Had a problem with my virgin cable behind my media wall and was not receiving a good signal, John from digidoc came in and had a look at it and came up with a couple of solutions to solve the problem, we agreed on one of the solutions and John then proceeded to repair the problem. John was very professional and experienced and repaired it to our satisfaction, we then wanted to move our 2nd virgin box to another room and move the TV to align with it, again this was no problem to John, I would have no hesitation in recommending John for for work in this field. John was also a very tidy worker.
