We had an urgent issue with our satellite signal in our bar, and John was a lifesaver! He not only diagnosed and fixed the problem (which two guys before couldn't) but installed a new coax cable which fixed the problem. So grateful for John coming out at short notice, which also happened to be Easter Sunday! He was extremely helpful and punctual, arriving exactly when he said he would. Excellent service!

I called John at 2pm informing him of my issue with coax connectors. He came as promised on his way home after finishing his planned work. It was a small job for him but a big deal for me. Would highly recommend. Thank you John

John arrived on time and assessed the situation including the option to renew rather than refit the old, damaged aerial. He quoted an excellent price for the work and carried out the replacement quickly and efficiently. He then checked my signal and replaced old cabling which I had within my house (again, at a very reasonable cost). John was very polite and courteous and his communication was excellent. Digi Doc provided great value for money and John's work and service were brilliant. I'd wholeheartedly recommend Digi Doc.

TV aerial fitted in a tricky place and TV set up for a good price and at short notice,

John was quick to fit us in, turned up at the planned time. He was polite and proficient. I would recommend him.

TVs were pixcellating & HD channels were intermittently unavailable. John had to trace aerial & cabling (not easy as cabling all behind walls) but his perseverance to find problem paid off & he solved issues on both TVs. Very professional work ethic & very reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend John & will use again for any future TV work.
