8 Great work, poor aftercare

Had a block pacing driveway done with manhole covers that I supplied. The work itself was great. The lads were prompt, friendly and got the job done quickly and without any hassle. It was great value for what I paid and happy with the drive itself. A few days after the work was done, one of the 5ton manhole covers collapsed under a car wheel driving over it because it hadn't been placed correctly, and one edge was unsupported. I sent a message asking for resolution and had a small back-and-forward with a promise it would be fixed.
