  Mike’s communication was great arrived when he said, a quick look at the job explained and photographed the problem and then fixed it. He left the job clean and tidy the only evidence of him being there was that the leak had stopped.

  Firstly, my initial enquiry was answered almost immediately. A leaking washing machine on a Saturday morning is a bit disconcerting but Mike was reassuring that he could attend to the problem today. He kept me informed of his timings and was infinitely patient in trying to locate our apartment. He repaired the leak and cleaned up the mess we hadn’t noticed.

  Mike was absolutely fabulous! Great communication from the moment we booked in to the follow up after to check everything was going smoothly. Really nice and polite and great at explaining each step through the assessment, the problem and what the solution is. Left the space clean and tidy after a very tricky job! I have and will continue to recommend him to anyone who asks for a reliable plumber

  ​The most dedicated plumber I have ever encountered. He was incredibly transparent throughout the process and truly goes above and beyond to solve the issue. He fixed my toilet flush across two visits and remained extremely responsive the entire time. I highly recommend his services!

  Great service, reasonable price and very helpful!

  I got in touch with DIA after a previous plumber had left a radiator off the wall (At my request), but had also advised me that certain upgrades were impossible without upgrading to a completely new set of radiators in the flat. Turns out, thanks to DIA, this was not true. He not only rehung the radiator, but upgraded the valves and cleared a blockage super quickly without any fuss. Very happy with the result.

  Replacing a mixer tap

  Michael was efficient and effective. He was able to visit within two days of my call. He diagnosed the problem, told me clearly what was required and gave me a quotation. He set to work immediately and within two hours of his arrival, I had new mixer taps fitted and working. He left the area tidier and cleaner than it was when he arrived. He was jolly, clear and worked swiftly. A wonderful solution to a tricky problem. I am delighted.
