  Mike was amazing , he communicated effectively throughout and e planned ways to avoid future blockages. He was very efficient and knowledgeable and quite tidy with his work . I’ll highly recommend .

  He rang early in the morning and seemed very keen. We he arrived he went through the work required which was a bit more than expected but necessary. Got on with the job profesionally. Polite and tidy worker. Will recommend to friends

  I'd had a really bad experience with 2 previous plumbers who had carried out work, not fixed the problem and likely made things worse. This left me really frustrated. However, when I explained my situation DIA plumbing and heating talked me through exactly how the work should have been done and the thorough process they undertake. They were really helpful at answering my questions and making me feel confident they could be trusted. The work was completed exactly as described and they fixed my leak. On top of this, they explained what I needed to know in every step. Very happy with their work

  We had a problem shower - long story - and also new tap, and chose DIA. Mike was a superstar. He fixed the fault, installed the new taps - we have hard water so they've aged - and, without charge, advised mega-helpfully on several unrelated issues, including one in the new fridge-freezer. Was here a couple of hours, and never took a break, accepted one coffee. Great 'can-do' attitude, knows A LOT, prompt, reliable and polite. Highly recommend this company. They go the extra mile.

  Bathroom plumbing

  Mike helped out with two jobs. First was breaking out our concrete sub floor to access and test the pipework in our bathroom and second was to repair the internals of our concealed cistern toilet unit. Both jobs carried out to a very professional standard and he’s clearly very knowledgeable. Very responsive over WhatsApp / on the phone also. We would definitely use him again for anything plumbing related. All the best Mike, from Scott and Chloe
