Michael responded really quickly to our issue and came the next day. he talked us through the process and made sure to follow up to confirm the job was done. While he was here he was happy to talk us through our other concerns and recommended contacts who could help us out. One of the best customer service experience. I called Sunday to check availability and quotation to fix a leak on wall hang toilet seat. Mike suggested what the issue could be and all I needed was to share a clip of the leak, and Mike confirmed the price and the work was completed under 24hrs from the call. Very pleasant, helpful and prompt with replies. Not only did he complete the work swiftly, he also shared a few tips on maintenance and resolved additional issue I had within the washroom. I was very pleased with Mike's work today. I had a badly leaking radiator and placed an add on checkatrade. Mike responded and gave me a next day appointment. Immediately that he started working we knew that we have employed the right man for the job.
