I found that Diamond Windows were excellent in giving me a fast quotation. Made sure that I new exactly what I was ordering. Met all installation times and dates. were courteous at all times. offered additional helpful information regarding possible additions to my initial requirements. At no time was any pressure applied to place order. After installation all waste material was removed and a follow up call two weeks after completion made contact to make sure that I was satisfied with their service. We have used Diamond Windows on several occasions, the most recent being last week, when they fitted three windows for us. The whole experience was excellent, from the initial quotation to the actual fitting. Chris was very good at keeping us informed, very organised and professional. The fitting team were extremely hardworking, Liam and his mate arrived promptly and carried out the fitting with no fuss and no mess.
