We have now used Diamond Shutters on our last two houses, and on both occasions we’ve had a fantastic experience. From start to finish, the customer service has been excellent. The surveyors were knowledgeable, professional and really helpful, while the fitters were clearly very experienced. They did a brilliant job and, importantly, were extremely tidy and respectful of our home. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Diamond Shutters to anyone looking for great quality, excellent service and a professional team. We’ve been very impressed both times and would happily use them again.

From the moment we walked into their showroom to completion we knew this was the right company for us. No pushy salespeople just genuinely nice helpful staff that were happy to answer any questions. They came out to measure very quickly. Arrived on time and were polite and very respectful. It was explained that we would have to wait for delivery and were given an estimated date. We were kept up to date at all times. The fitter arrived on time was polite and very professional. The fitting to all the windows was done very efficiently. Would recommend Diamond Shutters to everyone.
