Bob, a very friendly gentleman arrived just before the arranged time. He knew all about our Optima XL6 alarm system and gave us some very good advice about it. He sent a written quote and a reminder the day before the visit. He charged a very fair fee for the task and we would not hesitate to use his service again and would not hesitate to recommend him.

Alarm wasnt working, all lights flashing on panel. It was fixed, battery replaced all done and re-set
